The Daily Supplements I Take
I never use to be the girl to take any dietary supplements, I felt like it was quite overwhelming to understand what to buy and what I really needed. That changed after having many chats with other health gurus and I began to understand the significance and realized it’s really not that difficult once you find a combination that works for you. Here is a run down of every supplement I take daily and why I take it:
Multi Vitamin For Active Women- There are many multi vitamins out there, I would just recommend finding which one works for you. I personally like this one from Platinum Naturals because you only have to take it twice a day compared to most on the market that are 3 x a day.
Calcium D-Glucarate - has been shown to prevent recycling of environmental toxins, promoting liver detoxification. It helps remove cancer-causing agents and steroid hormones from the body.
B12 (especially if you are vegan/vegeterian) - helps form red blood cells.
Turmeric Force - anti-inflammatory to help relieve join pain, also used as a liver protector.
Biotin - helps healthy skin, nails and hair!
Magnesium - Helps energy production, muscle function and nervous system.
Complete 360 Stress Relief & Immune Support - a blend of 8 medicinal mushrooms to support immunity, strengthen the body's response to stress.
Camu Camu -Source of Vitamin C - helps fight cell damage caused by free radicals.
