The Daily Super Powders I Take
I take my morning rituals quite seriously, I never skip breakfast and never skip my daily supplements. I simply know that this is the most crucial part to set me up for the rest of the day. I usually have a green juice with celery and cucumber first thing to get everything flowing inside my body, after waiting 20 minutes for that juice to settle, I start making my smoothie.
