A Game Changer
I’ve been receiving a ton of questions lately on my gym routine. I tend to post a lot of my staple exercises on my instagram stories, however what I haven’t shared with you is my love for running. I usually start almost every workout with a half hour of running, it’s incredibly therapeutic for me and I love getting my heartbeat up like that. I’ve been running consistently for about 5 years now, which means I’ve gone through my fair share of running shoes.
