Current Obsession: Crates

and now for my own place…
The Luxe Life yesterday, my style can be described as chic and classy with a little edge. Those three words are also influential in my decor taste…luckily my boyfriend is on board with it too! We loved the idea to somehow incorporate crates into our home, so that’s exactly what we did.
We missioned around our neighbourhood and scoped out all the abandoned crates on construction sites…yup, thats right, we carried these two crates away from construction sites and into our living room. We got a few stares along the way but, hey, if only they knew how great this table would look in the end. One man’s trash is another man’s treasure, right? I was hesitant to show you the unfinished crates but decided it would be great to show the process….we plan on painting them white and adding some wheels for legs. I will post the finished table once complete!
