Holiday Roses
I have never been a huge fan of typical holiday decor to be honest. Don’t get me wrong, I love twinkle lights, gold accents, silver sparkly details and touches of fresh greenery, but I have a hard time getting on board with the red-green deco. I prefer something with a modern take, like these rose and cranberry flower bouquets to dress around the house. They are so easy to make; all you need are a few materials and you have the perfect holiday bouquet for side tables, dinner tables and mantels.
How-to: Holiday Roses
Materials:
1. A bag of fresh cranberries
2. White/red roses
3. A square or circular vase; something a bit shorter
4. Scissors
Directions:
Fill your vase 3/4 of the way with cranberries. Then, fill with water. If there is still some extra room, add enough cranberries to fill to the top, leaving a bit of a breathing room. Cut your roses to the correct height and simply place one by one in the vase.
