Spring Home

 We’ve been at our apartment for over a year now and it’s pretty much developed a little more every couple months. We first bought all the essentials for our place and the decor came slowly after. Fast forward one year later and I’m still adding pieces to rooms that I thought were complete and areas that need some love are still empty and need some serious attention. I now understand why people say your home is a never-ending project. I recently felt the urge to brighten up our living room, so that’s exactly what I did. I added a few new cushions and I already feel like the space looks better; although I’ve always kept it fairly monochromatic, I’m really enjoying the pops of colour for warmer months. You also know by now the importance of flowers in my life, thanks to my favourite Bloomy Days — they set me up perfectly for the week ahead with pastel flowers all over the house. It’s little details like this that make such a difference.
