Taking Time

I’ve really become obsessed with coffee culture since moving to Europe. Not only do I love a good Americano, I really enjoy taking the time to have a good conversation while drinking one. Christian and I have made it a point to take the time out of our busy schedules to sit down and actually talk… it may sound a little silly but sometimes life gets in the way of quality conversation. Of course we talk, but I mean a conversation where you aren’t complaining, comparing or planning the next thing; the type of interaction where you leave the hour feeling like you’ve learnt something about the other, the world or yourself. These are the moments I value most.
By the way, this adorable cafe is Elbspeicher B in Prenzlauer Berg, dedicated to serving the finest coffee of Hamburg here in the capital.
Ich interessier mich richtig für Kaffee Kultur seit ich nach Europa gezogen bin. Ich liebe nicht nur ein guten Americano, sondern auch die zeit zu nehmen dabei eine gute Unterhaltung zu haben. Manchmal sind wir täglich einfach zu beschäftigt um die Zeit dafür zu finden. Die Momente die ich am meisten geniesse sind die wo ich durch gute Konversation was über jemand, die Welt oder mich selbst was lerne.
